23 Apr 'Leg day' is something that many of us already dread and already put off. This is the day that often hurts the most in the gym and that many of us have a hard time talking ourselves into. Only when we eventually get into the swing of training legs , we find that those sessions can actually be some of the most. Are you tired of making excuses for your lagging legs? Are you the guy wearing track pants in the gym when it's degrees and not because you're trying to burn excess fat? Don't answer that. It's time to stop whining and man up.
